As a Growth Hacker, you will have ownership of defining what the growth hacking playbook will look like in Droppe. Your impactful mission is to create the growth hacking function that fuels our marketplace's expansion in terms of lead generation, customer growth, and user retention as well as building the metrics and analytics relating to these. - Define the vision for how our growth hacking strategy will become one of the key elements of our growth
- Collaborate with teams across the company ranging from Product, Sales, Supply, Recruiting, and Growth to understand our customer's pain points and gains
- Define and build a well-oiled growth hacking machine with the corresponding growth metrics
- Get your hands dirty—designing, executing, managing, testing, evaluating, and optimizing growth hacking campaigns
- Think global—create a growth hacking playbook that is syndicated and distributed across all of our target European markets
